Cooking Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Place foil over a sheet pan or baking pan and drizzle with olive oil.
Mix together all dry ingredients in a cup with a fork until mixed through to make the Blackened seasoning, you can also mix them in a small container with a lid, cover the container, and shake the ingredients to mix through.
Lay the fish out flat on the sheet pan/baking pan and coat both sides with the Blackened seasoning then drizzle the top of the fish with olive oil.
Bake the fish at 375 degrees for 12 – 15 minutes, or until the fish is firm when pressed with a fork.
For your salmon, bake until the fish has a slight jiggle when pressed with a fork if you want it medium rare.
